We have been providing professional services in Mexico since 1991.
The firm is made up of a team of lawyers with continuous training, experience and a strong work ethic.

Our experience and professional practice cover major litigation in commercial law, insolvency law, civil law, family law, constitutional law and administrative law. Our corporate department likewise provides comprehensive advice and support across our clients’ legal relationships, both in their dealings with third parties and in their internal operations. Managing Partner
Mtro. Juan Alberto Ruvalcaba González
He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Guadalajara and a Master’s in Public Law from the
Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus, with specializations in Corporate and
Economic Law, Constitutional Law and Amparo, and Civil and Commercial Procedural Law.
He holds a Master’s in Legal Sciences Research from Universidad Abat Oliba
CEU in Barcelona, Spain, and is a doctoral candidate in Law at the Universidad
Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus. He completed the Oral Advocacy Skills course in the
Adversarial System under the OASIS Program at the University of San Diego, California.
Since 1994 he has been a professor in the Division of Legal Studies at the University Center for
Social Sciences and Humanities of the Universidad de Guadalajara, and teaches at the
Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus. He is a graduate of the course on the Supranational
Protection of Fundamental Rights at the Universidad
Complutense de Madrid. He is a co-author and has published in specialist journals. He is
president of the Western Chapter of the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara
Campus. I am part of the team at Ruvalcaba Abogados, where I head the insolvency department. My work also extends to civil and commercial litigation, as well as corporate law matters. Beyond my professional practice, I enjoy mountain climbing and running — activities that reflect my love of nature and of challenges that test my mind and push me to discover my limits.

I graduated from Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus, in the class of 2015-
2020, and submitted as my qualifying thesis “Electronic media as a tool for making proceedings more efficient in the Judiciary of the State of Jalisco”. I have over eight years’ professional experience in strategic litigation and dispute resolution, specializing in civil, commercial and family matters, and I joined this firm more than three years ago, delivering favorable outcomes in many successful cases. My aim is to provide professional, proactive and ethical counsel aligned with each client’s specific needs. My focus is on achieving the best possible results while maintaining clear and honest communication at all times.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Universidad de Guadalajara. I am part
of the team at Ruvalcaba Abogados, where I lead and coordinate the litigation team in Banking
Law, in both Guadalajara and Mexico City. My practice
focuses on representing financial institutions, particularly in commercial
proceedings, amparo and loan portfolio recovery through effective and well-
structured legal strategies.

I am a passionate and multifaceted professional with experience in public relations, operations management and corporate law, committed to building strategic networks and developing brands with cultural impact. As co-founder of Río de Hilares, I lead sales, communications and operations strategy, championing sustainability and Mexican authenticity. I have a solid command of event coordination, interpersonal relations and project leadership, along with knowledge of digital marketing and administration.

Paralegal
I am studying Law at the Universidad de Guadalajara. On the Ruvalcaba Abogados team I work in the litigation department, with a particular focus on commercial and family law. My work is marked by attention to detail, my ability to retain relevant information and my commitment to finding practical solutions. In my free time I enjoy swimming and walking my dog.
